$2.00 divided by $1.00 = One $1.00 dollar bill.
$20.00 divided by $5.00 = Four $5.00 dollar bills.
$10.00 divided by $2.00 = five $2.00 dollar bills or an equivalent of two $5.00 dollar bills. Or ten $1.00 dollar bills
$100.00 divided by $5.00 = five $20.00 dollars bills.

If your bill is $212.00 and you give the cashier two $100.00 dollar bill, one ten dollar bill, $10.00, two one dollar bill, $1.00 and twelve cent, $0.12. Or ten twenty dollar bills, $20.00 one ten dollar bill, $10.00, two one dollar bill, $1.00 and twelve cent, $0.12. But if you give the cashier one hundred dollar bill $100.00 and one twenty dollar bill, $20.00 expect your change to be seven dollars and eight-eight cent, $7.88
